Friday, October 11, 2019 - The 2016 Cuvee Ste Catherine is a terrific wine and a tour de force in Alsatian Riesling. Loads of fresh pear, yuzu, touches of petrol and kiwi, eventually with a subtle but refreshing saline edge - really engaging and deep. Wonderful weight and acidity. Fantastic now (actually surprisingly accessible and completely open) but will continue to develop positively. At Divellec, Paris.
