Thursday, October 29, 2020 - Pale colour with a delicate nose which, as before, opened slowly as it warmed in the glass and showed the fragrance, peach and hints of spice I mentioned earlier.
The palate still shows white peach, pears, and hints of oranges with soft acidity. Still a very pleasant white, good with food, perhaps slightly softer than 2+ years ago. Don’t wait to drink if you still have any.
