Pale colour with a delicate nose which, as before, opened slowly as it warmed in the glass and showed the fragrance, peach and hints of spice I mentioned earlier. The palate still shows white peach, pears, and hints of oranges with soft acidity. Still a very pleasant white, good with food, perhaps slightly softer than 2+ years ago. Don’t wait to drink if you still have any.

This is the trinita bottling that was custom made for Japan as no-sulfur even though its not labeled as such.
Some apple skin and green electric in there, like those older Gemistaz I've been having that aren't so good. A little rough on the palate as well. Like fermented bread dough. And showing the old wood it was raised in?
