Tuesday, April 18, 2023 - Similar to 5/2022, paired with smoked pork spare ribs (excellent pairing). Dark black color. On nose, saline, black cherry, olives and iodine. Medium+ body, medium+ acidity, medium tannins and long finish. Palate had similar profile to nose. Really enjoyed this and it has aged beautifully. 93+/- Need to buy some more recent vintages of this wine.
