Saturday, October 7, 2017 - On the nose: aromas of raisins, figs and molasses. On the palate: candied cherries, dates and black pepper. I like this port but not more than the Taylor 10 year. I agree completely with the previous tasting note. The packaging is great but the wine is fairly straightforward. I would rather spend an additional $10 for the purchase of a bottle of Taylor 20 which is much more complex and elegant. Not a re-buy for me.
