Sunday, December 3, 2017 - Very nice Burg Blanc. Pale gold. Green apple and lemon or grapefruit to the nose. The aromas carry to the taste, more grapefruit than lemon but with the apple. Crisp. As the taste would implicate, decent acidity. Not getting any minerality but still very young. As expected, no oak.
