Thursday, July 9, 2020 - Short plastic-capped cork, which was soft and crumbly. Soft nose of leather and cocoa, with hints of rancio and nutty oxidation. Smooth, silky mouthfeel: sweet but not sticky, with very little tannin and clean, mild spirit. Rich flavours of molasses, almond, leather, and cassis, finishing with a hint of lychee Still excellent on day 3.
