Thursday, April 13, 2023 - usually i like to approach these at cellar temp, but this one got fridge treatment which I find really brings it into laser focus - intense minerality, acidic and sugar (and to boot cold) dance on the tongue giving an intense experience. the long gradually warming finish reminds you of the inherent quality in the product. A second set of notes to come on how it tastes when warmer.

at cellar temp the crisp pear nature is more apparent, but all the factors above still exist. all in all delicious.
