Wednesday, May 29, 2019 - Exploring french whites with seafood in Oleron island: Blind tasting for my guests. Decanted one hour. Nice dark hue, with animal flavours, smoky, and a lots of exotic spices. Mouth is fresh with a pure black currant juice and its light vegetal notes. Young tannins, long palate. Made for ageing. Needs time 91-92.
