Tuesday, January 21, 2020 - Domaine de Chevalier vertical with Olivier Bernard (Le Cafe Descartes at the French Embassy): Medium expressive nose displaying candied lemon zest, lemon, spicy spices, honey and wet stone. Good concentration, candied citrus, mouth puckering acidity, strong mineral and a medium long candied citrus fruit driven finish. Solid but nothing really remarkable.
