Saturday, February 1, 2020 - Clear deep garnet with big clear legs; clean medium plus nose of balsamic/iodine, dried cherries, dried blueberries, menthol, toast and garrigue; dry; high acidity; medium tannins; high alcohol; medium plus body; pronounced flavour intensity; pfn with addition of black licorice; long finish; outstanding quality; a little hot on acidity and alcohol - not quite out of balance but close; drink now
