On the palate, this shows a rich chocolate streak framed by plum, cherry, and blackberry. A hint of roasted fruit/raisin appears in the medium finish. A pleasant drink, but the roasted fruit and chocolate characteristics seem premature from a Ridge bottling of this age. Drink.
