Tuesday, October 18, 2016 - From half bottle there is just a gentle prickle where the bubbles used to be but this was delicious none the less. You start off with some grilled nuts, crème brulee and tart tatin. There's a vinous peachiness on the palate and plenty of savoury bready nuance. You get some fruit rind tartness to the finish and a whip of minerally acidity.
