Tuesday, March 26, 2019 - Vertical Tasting with Axel Heinz (The Dimenna Center for Classical Music): The nose was rich, showing roasted hazelnut, ripened brie, lime citrus and hints of green apple. On the palate, soft textures gave way to a sweet yet also quite dry expression, as young stone fruits, and inner florals created an elegant display. The finish was long, hinting at tropical notes with coconut, lime, crisp green apple, and sweet spices.
