Sunday, October 18, 2020 - Not a fan of Sauv Blanc but this may have changed my mind. This entry level wine was excellent and despite the austerity you get with the grape, the lemon grass and minerality is just so enjoyable and translates nicely from the nose to the taste. Went perfectly with fresh macadamia nut-encrusted/coconut milk mahi-mahi.
Definitely would buy again, a click better than Kim Crawford.
