Saturday, October 30, 2021 - Light ruby. You can smell the acid, cranberry, raspberry, rose, pretty and volatile.

High acid, de minimis tannins. Cranberry and racy red fruit. Mineral notes come through in a long berry finish. Thought provoking and fresh.

Drank the same bottle a week ago. One of the most enjoyable I've ever encountered.
