Friday, July 23, 2021 - Retail $12. Extra Dry. 100% Glera. Over the past few weeks, I have been rather spoiled as I have been going through several bottles of Prosecco Superiore, and these past few days I have back-slid a bit to a half-dozen of the DOC level wines. This wine is perfectly fine and what one would expect from an Extra Dry Prosecco. Decent fruit, some salinity, nice acidity, just not overloaded with character. For right around ten bucks? There are worse out there.
