Saturday, September 4, 2021 - Dark as a moonless night, the nose and palate followed suit. It was all dark fruit with anise, boot polish, creosote and burning embers. Full-bodied mid-palate with a shorter finish and some unresolved tannins. An interesting style although it came across as a bit disjointed. Not sure this will make for old bones.
