Sunday, May 21, 2023 - Cherry and plastic on the nose, moves right into the mouth with that cherry jolly rancher sort of thing, quick transition into a deep, dense core (earth and distinct cotton flavor like licking a tshirt) with all that candy silliness left behind; narrows a bit on the finish with good acidity that lingers long. Density from tannin is there but it's very integrated and in the background all the way. YUM.
