Sunday, April 18, 2021 - Looking at the prior notes, we actually delayed drinking our bottle.
Perhaps the bottle simply had to age a bit more.
It certainly was not ready upon opening, but we let it breathe for close to an hour. It became smoother and more balanced over the next couple hours after that.
We were pleased. Not sure if it was a great QPR, but it was elegant and refined, with a distinct sense of terroir.
