Monday, June 4, 2018 - Indigena World Tour Day 1: Monferrato (Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, NYC): [Aged in steel tanks.] Lighter color. Floral nose. Complex, expansive. I love this wine. My favorite wine of the whole day. Should improve for at least a decade.
