Saturday, December 18, 2021 - Deep dark inky black. Powerful and chewy body that slaps you in the mouth with bold flavors of cassis and wild small berries. Tasted more like its powerful brother Helmut of Mambrino at this stage considering this is Quixote white label. Drank sans food but this wine desires a big fatty ribeye or similar to compete with.
