Thursday, October 17, 2019 - MEA Celebration at St. Genevieve (St. Genevieve): Double decanted prior to dinner. The nose is subtle and beguiling. Hints of mint and herbs amongst the subtle fresh fruit. Very pretty. Light and elegant on the palate. Silky smooth with absolutely perfect weight and balance. Less overt in all ways than the Coche. Takes coaxing and patience, but rewards that patience. This kept getting stronger and stronger as the night wore on. Quite impressive!
