Saturday, July 29, 2023 - This was hella good. Ready to go with 30 minutes of air and a quick decant off of the ample sediment. Very expressive boquet. The palate is smooth as silk with vibrant dark fruits showcasing volcanic soil. Tannins are fully resolved. Clearly at its apogee, where it should remain for a few years. Drink.
