Monday, February 19, 2024 - 1 hour decant; paired with seafood cioppino. Delicious, as fully expected! Deep and brooding black fruits, cracked pepper, vanilla and some bitter scorched earth notes on the finish. Great stuff and drinking well right now. Drink now - 2031.
