Sunday, October 21, 2018 - Let's give this vineyard time people... These are young vines, but they are producing kicking fruit right now. Ideally you shouldn't drink this as early as I am but this is just a forecast. Dry creek Zin without a doubt. Mouth drying tannins and generous acidity. Please give this time before you judge. Ridge doesn't make wines that age for the car ride home. Dark red zin notes of raspberry and spicebox.. Big but crisp and clean presence that signifies this vineyard team is solid. Another homer for Paul Draper and his team. Without a doubt delicious now but a gem for the next ten years. Thank you Ridge. 93++
