Monday, April 1, 2019 - Tasted at The Wine Society's dinner, Berkshire, UK, with Ridge winemaker Eric Baugher introducing the wines. Served to accompany cheese course. Medium garnet colour. Distinctly mineral on the nose, with spice, marzipan, menthol. A full, big mouthful of spicy, deep blackcurrant fruit.
