Saturday, December 5, 2020 - Very light wood influences the otherwise pure cherry nose which continues through the slightly tart cherry focused plate with hints of red licorice. This wine is slightly lean through the midpalate and there’s a touch of hardness on the finish.

Edit: a bit better on day two. The wine has gained body and depth so it doesn't seem as lean.
