Sunday, June 2, 2019 - Crossing Treehouse Vineyard fruit and the Asst Winemaker from Mending Wall leads to a stunning Pinot.
The nose and flavor profile reminds me quite a bit of the Occidental Ridge Pinot from Rivers Marie; bing cherry, dark cherry, a bit of cola, orange zest, citrus and pine; riper fruit but still crisp; rounded tannins and a good little bit of acidity. Really a smooth drinker overall. This has improved over the past year and is a stellar QPR.
