Tuesday, February 18, 2020 - Praelum Partners Dinner (Praelum Wine Bistro): Medium ruby, with some rim variations. Very strong rose and vanilla, both on the nose and palate, and some black cherries, grass, and smoky peat. Fruits get slightly candied towards the back, and had a pretty good persistence. Good wine, but might need a couple more years to round down the tannins
