Wednesday, August 22, 2018 - "Pas Si Petit", but I think it is "petit", but in its good way. It has everything that is required for a great wine, but just in a small (petit) dose, with a perfect balance, so it is very approachable, stimulating and easy drinking, perfect to start the meal or just to enjoy the life without being intellectual. Required about 30 minutes to open. Clean nose with tropical fruits, on the palate nice bitter note, dry, fresh and light, medium finish, was perfect with Tsatziki. To be consumed in its youth, 88+.
