Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Finished off a coravined bottle brought to the table by HMC tonight.....this was soft right from cork removal and very well integrated....the fruit was of high quality and the tannins softly integrating. Close to a 94 for me, just didn't have quite the depth or complexity. This may have been a factor of the 2 month coravin process? I just don't know, but it drank quite well right from the pnp, tonight.

11/14/2020 7:48:00 PM - 2016 Juliet to me felt a bit thin. Good fruit and silky tannin aside, it wasn't as complex as estate or reserve, but i guess that factors in to the price...

11/15/2020 7:00:00 AM - BL....this was the second half of a friends bottle that had been coravined last month. I suspect a small slow ox has helped it gain some weight and integrate further. It wasn't on the level of the Kinsella Heirloom but it was good. Better than I had expected it to be. A pleasant surprise.

11/15/2020 10:33:00 PM - I tried 2017 Juliet today. It was really great. I don't remember how 16 Juliet tasted, but 17 juliet was better than expected. It didn't have as depth or complexity as the cult, but still very good.
