Friday, July 2, 2021 - Bottle had a musky brett top note that did blow off after decanting and some air. After that some dark red and black fruits with some wood toast. Palate was more black cherry and menthol with medium acidity and medium plus finish. Will let these sleep a while before revisiting, at least 1-2yrs.
