Thursday, November 2, 2023 - Very good, just hitting its stride, despite a hint of brown on the rim. Red cherries with beef broth, green peppercorns, leather and earth, with some menthol and spices on the nose. Layered and sappy. Excellent graphite and black tea infused finish, vibrant and long. Could improve, but tonight 92-93 pts, very nice, tres Bourgogne.
