Sunday, June 28, 2020 - This is quite a nice wine. Definitely in a new world style, ruby colour. Chalky tannins and very strong boysenberry notes on the palate. High acidity and a dryness that doesn’t tend to develop, even with airing. Quick legs. The Grenache has a very pleasant undertone. I would keep this one for a couple of more years, hopefully this’ll soften - would definitely take it up a notch. As is, enjoy the full bodied fruit, but don’t expect the most complex Languedoc.
