Friday, December 10, 2021 - Orange, ripe yellow peach, melon, yellow apple, apricot. A hint of passion fruit. Pretty primary; but the fruit is intense so I like it. Medium + body, only medium acid (surprising for SB). Drink now, will not benefit from further aging.
