Pale lemon yellow color with white peach, apricot, yellow melon and pink grapefruit aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied and very fresh with mouth-watering acidity. It shows white peach, apricot, pink grapefruit, and a bit of lemon flavors.

Orange, ripe yellow peach, melon, yellow apple, apricot. A hint of passion fruit. Pretty primary; but the fruit is intense so I like it. Medium + body, only medium acid (surprising for SB). Drink now, will not benefit from further aging.
Decent pairing with Caviar

I thought time might help, but I still don’t like this. It’s disjointed. Overly green like a NZ sauv blanc, but also rich like a CA sauv blanc. The two don’t play well together. N

Fruit forward. Tropical stone fruit, not citrus -- a bit different for a sauv blanc! Sparkle on the palate. Balanced fruit forward. Full bodied and not nearly as herbal as most SB. Me - 91, Wife - 93

Ripe grapefruit, green apple, and lemon with grass, white flowers, and river rock. Nice acidity and med+ alcohol balance each other out. Fruit forward, not overly complex but enjoyable. I may have liked this better when it was younger.

Disappointing bottle. I thought the previous rating of 75 points was harsh until I tasted it. If it weren’t for day 2, I might give the same score. Day 1 was uninspiring grocery store bottle with an unexpected and unwanted effervescent quality. I don’t mind a slightly effervescent wine, this was just unexpected and didn’t work. Day 2 (the saving grace) - The effervescence mostly faded to a very gentle and pleasant level. The nose became more complex with nice SB notes. On the palate there was a pleasant lightly smoky characteristic which I wonder if it was from the fires. Regardless, the smoke/flinty notes were actually very nice, regardless of its origin.

Drank over 2 days. Overall a nice typical California Sauv. Blanc.
Clear, pale yellow with green and silver hues. Moderate tearing.
On the nose ripe grapefruit, pear, and apple, grass, river rock, and honeysuckle.
Dry with a hint of phenolic bitterness. Riper grapefruit, pear, and apple. Hints of herbs de provence, river rock, and honeysuckle. Med + to high acidity, Med+ alcohol. Fruit forward but balanced. Medium complexity and Medium long finish.

This had nice notes on the nose hut honestly just rare like sprite, carbonation and all, even after decanting. Would rate 75 if rating. Would consider it an off bottle if the nose was off too, but oddly it seemed correct.

Nicely done example. The grassy elements are quite subtle. Palate is focused on honeydew/white fruit balanced by a solid acidity that takes over for the finish.

Not sure what’s up, but this is the first Bedrock that I didn’t like. It’s really acidic and harsh, and the balance is off. It’s like a sour gummy, with a sweetness that shows up after you’ve gotten past the crazy sourness. Maybe it’s flawed? Dunno. I have two bottles left, and based on the other note, maybe this is just an off bottle.

The is the first Bedrock I haven’t totally loved. At cellar temp, It comes across as hot, disjointed and a touch flabby. Counterintuitively, it starts to integrate and the heat is tamer at room temp after an hour or two. Ok acid, savory more than fruity, grapefruit peel, flinty minerals, a bit of gasoline. Still flabby.

Clear and light but some yellow; nose of lemon zest, stone, and a slight floral note (orange blossom?). Similar taste, but with notable minerality and a touch of spritz. There is more of a fullness to the fruit and profile than some sauvignon blanc. Not all acid. Nice wine. As with others -- I wish I had several more to drink over the summer!

It's absolutely ridiculous how eminently drinkable this is at room temperature as a pop-'n-pour. Seemless 14.1% ABV, with mellow banana bubblegum and melon notes on the softly fizzy palate, and a perfect amout of acid to balance out the sweetness on the finish. I too wish I had ordered more... 90-91

Don’t usually drink Sauvignon Blanc but my wife loves Oyster Bay (yuck!!) so I ordered two bottles of this to try it with the spring order. Wish I had ordered a case and this may convert me to Sauvignon Blanc. Had the familiar cat pee edge but with a really nice touch of honey. I really liked this while my wife was like, “meh.” Will buy more next season!

Definitely in decline, but did pair very well with an onion and goat cheese tart.

Great acidity and a touch of effervescence to add a dimension. Light aromatics, decent weight.

Bright, and fresh, with a great thrust of star fruit and that flirts pretty seriously with being complex. Exceeded Expectations.

On the fruity, medium alcohol end of the spectrum. Really bright, juicy, and refreshing on a hot “summer” day.
