crazy acidity, full bore tannin through the finish, earthy funk, vibrant dried fruit, and really only mild sweetness in the mix. would be a great pairing for fatty glazed game/fowl???

(update=acid/tannin are unpleasantly over the top. too young. perhaps too much period. multiple days upright and the sludge is intruding on pours halfway down)
