Tuesday, August 18, 2020 - Further to my Note of July 8, 2019: Paired with a meal of lobster and mac--a good match. Evening dining al fresco so difficult to detect color--seemed light gold. More fragrant than I remember with hint of oak; round tree fruits, hints of pear and white peach, very good mouthfeel. Evolved nicely over the last year and delicious. Certainly notable+.
