Saturday, February 20, 2021 - Light yellow color with a bouquet and flavor of pear-apples with a steely, clean impression and modest acidity. Stuck at home during covid and decided to drink this up with some chicken curry and spicy carrots, both homemade, and neither with enough chile peppers. Reliably pleasant wine, if not inspiring.
