Sunday, December 29, 2019 - Just gorgeous bottle from our friend Shane who brought this again to our house. Bright lustrous golden straw yellow color. slight hint of reduction at first but after decanting this faded quickly. gorgeous texture to the wine with no sign of oxidation, perhaps the best preserved bottle of this we've had. Nose and palate of crème brûlee, pear, lemon, tropical fruit, almonds and good acidity with a very minerally/saline finish. Really nice with shrimp scampi over linguini.
