Wednesday, August 23, 2023 - This is great stuff, still probably a year away from peak for me. Cherry, tobacco and some nice slight vegetal on the nose with dark cherry and plum on taste. Perfect tannins for me. Soos Creek never disappoints for me, especially for the value.
