Friday, December 29, 2023 - Part of tasting with my wine group at an Indian restaurant. Soos Creek's wines have consistently shown well with the spices in their food. It was our last wine of the night, which may affect my perception but this was my favorite of the night. Medium+ body, with a nice mix of florals and minerals. Some years I don't care for the Ciel du Cheval cuvee, especially compared to other Soos Creek wines, but the 2015 is a hit!
