Friday, December 23, 2022 - Garnet, lightly bricking edges, clear. Smells like cherry, cedar, black tea, violet, red licorice, light funk, and minerals. Medium body, but very light and elegant across the palate, medium acid and finish, with flavors of cherry, lemon, orange peel, and minerals. Light and bright and restrained, so pair accordingly. Might be a touch over hyped, but I do like it.
