Saturday, February 25, 2023 - Popped and poured. Medium ruby color. Slight browning at edge. Vigorous swirling reveals some nice floral notes. Excellent cut. Red berry floral on the palate. Strawberries? A firm hit of acid provides good crunch. I'll give this another go on day 2. So far 92 points.

A bit rounder on day 2. Still good crunch and excellent balance. 92 points.
