Thursday, August 20, 2015 - This wine was a lot of fun over two days. A touch of VA for the 1st couple of hours but integrated. Huge nose of worcestshire/balsamic, rose and thorns, cherries, fresh tomatoes, dust and leather. The palate on day one was a wall of tannins. But day two brought out more fennel, earth, cherries and balance. Was screaming for a caprese salad.
