Monday, February 1, 2021 - I don’t open or decant older Bordeaux. This is just spectacular. Cork is perfect, bearly saturated. Still youthful in the glass. Great nose and just really nice in the mouth. Faded red fruit, cinnamon, dusty chocolate. At 21 still very fine. Not sure that I would hold any longer but glad I saved one to see it at 21.
