Monday, October 7, 2019 - From Coravin. Cream, a little caramel, muted strawberries with blackberries in the background. There is a slightly resinous note here as well as some mushroom. The fruit translates to the palate with a touch of black tea and a slightly grainy tannnic burr. Hmm.
