Saturday, April 29, 2017 - Beautiful nose of lemon oil and chalky minerals. Quite concentrated and lush but with plenty of acidity and intensity and delicious flavors of lemon peel and oyster shells. Quite a luxurious style of Raveneau and very drinkable now and while I consider myself an acid freak, this satisfies and works even though it's clearly a lower-acid vintage. Finishes with chalky minerals and a salty character. Yum and still room for a bit of improvement. 93+
