Thursday, December 5, 2019 - Served blind. My mind wondered between Northern Rhône, Burgundy - and Napa Chardonnay; bees wax texture was the most prominent factor, the acidity finally made me guess Burgundy 2004 - though not Chablis. This is full bodied, round, vibrant and a point right now I thinks. Minerals galore og compåared t the Drouhin le Clos, that we enjoyed together six months ago - this is much better.
